The Yurok Indian Housing Authority in Klamath, CA commissioned a 13 unit tribal housing development and community center, totaling 27,434 square feet. GSPF prepped for and poured all 13 concrete slab foundations, completed all rough framing from mudsill through roof sheet, installed all manufactured roof trusses, installed all windows and doors, and completed all trim and siding. Custom crafted Alaskan Yellow Cedar timber truss entries with custom decorative metal are a statement at each of the homes’ entrances.
