The Linc Housing project on 8th street in downtown Eureka is a 4-story, 39,397 square foot affordable housing apartment building, including 31 residential units, a community room, and ancillary offices and utility spaces. GSPF will be completing all rough framing, trusses, window and door installation, installation of exterior DensGlass and rainscreen system, and all exterior siding and trim.
